Description: They come in all shades of dark brindle color and the most common for them is the white patch on their chest and some has light white patch on it. Well muscled body and very strong.

Temperament: A very alert breed especially to strangers. They are only devoted to his family. They always guard on their family’s properties. They have the attitude to dominate other dogs. It is required for them to be socialized as early as possible to help them control their attitude and be familiar with people around him. On trainings, they always respond to it since they enjoy. Also, obedience training is a must for them. This breed has gained a lot of self confidence and has a calm disposition. Their movements are free and without any effort they have unsuspecting speed. Yet you can see in his expression that he is calm and confident, very determined and vigilant.

Activity: They enjoy playing tug and chasing ball. They require daily walk for their exercise.

Health: Only Hip Dysplasia because they are large breed and their mastiff lineage. Their life expectancy is about 11-13 years.

Grooming: They are just an average shedder. Bathe them when only neccesary and brush with firm bristle brush. No heavy grooming is required of them.

Description: This Breed possess good looks with beautiful coat. They are medium in size that has regularly long body. A very alert and devoted breed especially when it comes to the one that is being entrusted to him. Their looks and attitude could be compared to that of a monkey that is why in their region, they are being known as “the monkey dog”. They have round, strong and broad head with dark,round and leveled to head eyes that has a sparkling expression. Nose that are slightly raised and well shaped. Muzzle is in a cylinder form,slightly hallow and straight. Their lips are thin and very well shaped,not overlapping with a solid white teeth. Ears are hanging without any folds and high. Body slightly sloping with straight back and well let down chest, well muscled shoulders and dark feet with long toes and round. The hair is very long but does not cover its eyes, medium wavy and smooth.

Temperament: They are very alert, energetic and most of all loyal to their owners. This breed is the most devoted among sheep dog breeds. Considered as a lively dog and high spirited and loves to work. But they also require much training to help them develop good traits. Or else they could also be stubborn if there would be no sufficient training.

Activity: They enjoy long walks for exercise with their family as they used to do while tending flocks with their ancestors. Also a regular exercise is required for them to be more healthy and active. And puppies needed socialization to be familiarize with other people and their fellow dogs.

Description: The Canis Panther is considered as the ultimate pet protector because they are strong and very muscular breed that has a broad chest and jaw with a fine nose. Their ears are cropped, tail is docked and rear dews removed. They have short-haired coat with a variety of colors like chocolate, black, fawn, and blue gray.

Temperament: This breed is a very loyal as well as devoted to its owner and could be the best protector at all times. An intelligent breed, easy to train that its handler wouldn’t had a hard time during their trainings. Also, they are a loving dog especially to the family. Canis Panther excels in areas of obedience and agility too. When it comes to socialization, if trained they could be friendly to others and to children although a supervision is required since large breed dogs is not best for children. They are very sensitive to strangers and defensive-minded especially when they could sense some bad intentions towards their owner and family.

Activity: Canis Panther requires a large yard for them to run and most importantly, they should be taken for a walk daily

Description: The Scottish Terrier is a small also short legged breed. Its head are long but also matched to their size. They have a hard and weather-resistant coat that could protect them in any weather condition. Their body is a thick set and a heavy built body with a short, heavy legs. Their eyes are almond-shaped and slightly short, muscular neck with a well laid back shoulders. Its body has short ribs, strong loin and very muscular hindquarters also same their thighs very strong for its size with straight legs.

Temperament: The Scottish dog is alert and spirited but also a calm dog. Always heads and tails up to to show how confident and determined they are. In nature, Scottish Terrier, is very loving and gentle with people around but they have the tendency to be aggressive with other dogs. Also, charming and full of character. They too like humans posses some mood swings and uncommon manner. Moreover,They could sometimes be rigid so they require a gentle care and firm on their early age, to prevent them from being dominant over their owner. And never play some aggressive games with them.They love to play ball games. They are also lively and intelligent easy to train. They will only be attached to one or two people and can only recognize his own human family. Like other breeds, they can also be a good watchdog that could bark to strangers. Description: The Schipperke is a small breed but possess a very strong built  with a lively expression. Their body is short, compact and has no tail. A head like that of a fox that is why there looks could be compared with it too. Their eyes are oval shaped , with eyes that are small and comes in dark brown and ears are small and carried erect especially when they are on their alert situation. Their nose is black in nature. Teeth meet in scissors bite. They have wide chest and coat are compact with rough texture, and the hair on his neck and shoulders is regularly long. And the only prominent color for them is black.

Temperament: Schipperke are an affectionate, alert and loyal breed. Moreover, they are kind too and possesses a lot of traits. A very playful and energetic dog. This breed is best experienced dog owners, because they have an attitude of being controlling, stubborn dog. More confidence on owner’s side is required to train them. They are highly intelligent thus, training for them is an easy task. Due to their alertness, they bark to alarm their homes that would make them an effective watchdog. They are very sensitive and alert of strangers and could be aloof as sign of their being devoted and loyal, especially with children. They enjoy human companionship, that makes them a cheerful and loving family pets. Description: The Samoyed are has a strong and has a hardworking body. They are a friendly, good natured family pet, medium to large in size and has a beautiful white, compact smooth double coat. Their head comes in a wedge shaped with a black or brown nose and strong jaws. Eyes are dark, oblique deep set eyes with ears carried errect nad medium in size. The tail are hairy, long and rounded at point. Its feet are hairy and flat.

Temperament: This breed are a very friendly and gentle. Also very calm and dignified. A loyal dog and loves everybody. They fun to be with and playful. They are more likely to be an ideal pet dog than being a watchdog. but, they could bark to alert for the presence of strangers. Very sociable especially with children. They are highly intelligent, but sometimes tend to refuse on obedience training. Patient training would be best for them and should be done at an early age, and they could be an outstanding lively and sociable dog. They do not seek trouble but could handle such situation to some circumstances. They have the attitude of  being chewers and may be destructive if left alone for such a long period of time. Samoyeds could not be trusted with small non-canine pets, however most of them do get along well with family cats. This breed tends to bark a lot.

Activity: The Samoyed would do good in an apartment life, as long as they get enough exercise daily.  They are required to have enough exercise, especially a daily walk or jog. But take extra care on warm weather because the fluffy undercoat could give loss of heat built up during exercise.

Grooming: A thorough grooming is needed. They shed heavily by seasons. The fluffy double coat needs frequent brushing, but will remain to stay white without bathing.

Although they are a healthy breed, there are some health problems they might encounter: diabetes, cataracts, thyroid problems, HD, PRA, and allergies. Description: The Saint Bernard is muscular and strong breed. The black shaded on their face and ears are very prominent that has an intelligent expression. They come either in long or short haired type of breed. Long haired ones,are regular in length coat and has coarse texture while The short haired has compact coat, which is also rough touch. Their feet is large and strong in proportion to their body. Also has a well-ached toes, that made them be confident in walking in snow and ice. Moreover, they possess a strong sense of smell that able to detect an upcoming storms and avalanches.

Temperament: This breed are very friendly and gentle dog, very tolerant to children as well. A loyal pet to their owner also slow moving, obedient and slow moving kind of dog. They drool after they drink or eat. But as early as possible, they should be trained to socialize with other people. Training this breed is easy since they are highly intelligent breed as long as their training should start on their early age. But the important thing to set in mind is that an unruly dog of this size presents a problem for even a strong adult if it is to be exercised in public areas on a leash. Also, they could be a good watchdog because their bark could alarm strangers.

Activity: They need a daily long walk and a fair amount of exercise. An opportunity to play around in a safe area will help to keep them fit and healthy. Some of the areas the Saint Bernard may excel in include hauling, and search and rescue

Description: The Pomeranian is a small, elegant, attractive breed that has a fuzzy long coat. They have a bright, almond-shaped, dark eyes  with an intelligent expression. Their nose is dark or like the color of its coat. Teeth meet in scissors bite. Tail that is feathery that fans forward. there are a lot of a collar like around its neck as well as on the chest area.

Temperament: This breed is a very intelligent, lively, very loyal dog to its owner. If properly socialized, they could get adjust to its environment and gets along well with other dogs and household animals as well. They are so small in size that made them hesitate to attack other dogs. They are also a good watchdog creating an an alarm through their bark because they are inclined to be aloof to a stranger. They have also an attitude to be demanding. Moreover, they are alert, curious and busy. Considered as a very independent among toy breeds. They can get along well with older children. And a good companion too for elderly, are picky eaters. Smart,happy dogs, easy to train. Its liveliness  makes them attract other people who do not usually care for toy dogs.

Pekingese Description: The Pekingese is like a toy dog, who’s playful, alert and active They are very smart dog. Their head are broad that has an attractive, dark eyes, but prone to infection since their hair tend to flow through their eyes. Their face are dark in color compared to its hair emphasizing its looks, flat heart-shaped with a long hairy ears up to its heck and whole body. Their coat is long and straight, with a coarse topcoat and a dense undercoat. Called a “lion dog” because of his lustrous mane.

Temperament: Pekingese are just a small dog but very brave,also courageous, independent and sensitive breed. Very affectionate to their owner. But they tend to show their supremacy over their owner especially when feeding time making them difficult to feed when lack of appetite. And when overfed, they can easily be overweight. A lot of time and attention should be made for them because they are very attached to their owners.thus making them possessive as well as their food, and could also be jealous. They feel good to relax and and comfort when all the attention are given to them. They are a very sensitive kind of breed so shouting and being rough at them would make them feel bad. Thus, taking care of Pekingese needs a lot of patience. They are playful but not recommended to children who is too rough. They could be a good watchdog because they too bark a lot In addition, they could be polite to strangers eventhough some can be very suspicious of them. Socialization at an early age would do good for them to be able to get along well with other dogs.

Activity: Pekingese needs a daily walk as well as playing is also a form of an exercise for them. Moreover, they would also enjoy running in a safe open yard but should be trained earlier to be familiar and adjust to the leash for their protection. They are good in an apartment life.

Grooming: This is very important for them because they need to be combed and brushed thoroughly since they have a very long, double coat. These breed is an average shedder. An extra care on its hindquarters is much required, to avoid becoming solid and matted. They need dry shampoo on a regular basis, clean face and eyes daily to prevent infection and check hairy feet for burrs and objects that stick there.
